The Town Council publishes a quarterly newsletter which is available as hard copy from the Town Clerk. As well as reporting on council activities, the newsletter also publicises major town events and special occasions.

In March 2009, the town council launched a new town guide which was written with the help of community groups in the town and which was published by Local Authority Publishing. Follow the link below to see the guide on-line. Paper copies of the guide are available from the town clerk, the library and many locations around the town. The latest edition of the Town Guide was published earlier this year.
