Planning Applications

Mid Devon District Council (MDDC) is the Planning Authority. The Town Council is a statutory consultee in the Planning Process.

Planning notification lists can be viewed on MDDC's web site. Details and plans for applications can be viewed online.

These applications are considered by the Town Council at the next available Council Meeting, see next agenda. The Town Council's comments on Planning Applications can be viewed under the minutes of meetings.

Members of the public are able to address the council to raise planning issues at public question time in both General Purposes and full Town council meetings.
